Welcome to Jindabyne training camp 2020.
Below outlines an initial schedule and will be based on how many athletes attend and the capability/objectives. We can fine-tune this closer to the date. If there is anything that you'd like to fit in or discuss, then please let me know.


Day 1 - Friday 24th January. 

Arrive, get settled, get the bikes out and a couple of light sessions to get the weekend started.


Arrive and check in;

3:15pm – 5:00pm

Ride:  40km, [RR1 - Dam wall]

5:30pm – 6:00pm

Recovery Lake swim

6:45pm - 2:00am

Team Bonding @ Lake JindaByne Bistro


Day 2 - Saturday 25th January. 

Big day on the bike taking in all the sights! The long course athletes get an early start, with everyone else joining in after breakfast.

6:00am-7:30am       Optional Warmup Ride [40km] RR2

7:30am – 8:30am    Breakfast/Coffee at Lake JindaByne Hotel

8:30am – 1:30pm    Long Ride [120km] – Trout Farm [RR3]

1:30pm - 2:30pm    Recovery [☕]

2:30pm – 3:30pm   Easy run through some trails of Lake Jindabyne [ 7km + ]

3:30pm - 5:00pm  "Recovery" Swim

6:00pm - 2:00am  Team Bonding @ Lake JindaByne Bistro

Day 3 - Sunday 26th January. 

Long Brick to start the day, with an exiting trail run...

7:30am – 9:30am     Long run – Lake JindaByne trails [Hatchery Bay Trail]
9:30am – 11:00am    Breakfast Recovery session
11:00am - 11:30am  Lake side Yoga
11:30am – 12:30pm  Lake activities
12:30pm – 2:00pm    Lunch
4pm                           Long Open water
6pm – 2am               Team Bonding @ Lake JindaByne Bistro 2pm - 

Day 4 - Monday 27th January. 

Sad day as its the last day! A shorter brick with another great trail run.
